Jakarta - For the basis of the implementation of the national insight test assessment, development of national insight test assessment instruments/measurements, development of human resources, as well as coordination and cooperation in the implementation of other tasks and functions in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) and the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) have established cooperation by holding a Discussion of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement (PKS) on the Utilization of Human Resources and Facilities and Infrastructure in the Framework of Preventing Radical Terrorism on Thursday (3/25/21).
This MoU aims to increase commitment, cooperation, and synergy between the two institutions. It was agreed that this MoU is valid for a period of five years and is implemented in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Along with this, the technical implementation of the MoU will be further regulated in the Cooperation Agreement made and implemented by the relevant unit according to its duties and functions.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the ASN Competency Assessment Center, Wakiran, Head of the Legal and Cooperation Section, Dewi Sartika, Head of the Domestic Cooperation Sub-section, M. Arfaul Umam, and the ranks of the BKN legal staff. The BNPT ranks were attended by the Head of the Legal and Public Relations Section of BNPT, Pudiastuti Citra Adi, SH, CN, MH, MSi (Han), Head of the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of Indonesian Citizens and National Interests Abroad, Drs. Suyoko Djunaedi, M.M., Institutional Analyst, Isheri, S.Sos., M.T., and the Kesettamaan ranks.
