Therefore, BNPT held a Harmonization Meeting for the Draft Regulation of the National Counterterrorism Agency on the Legal Data and Information Network (JDIH) in the BNPT environment on Monday (24/5) morning.
This meeting aims to provide a legal umbrella for the management of BNPT's JDIH. The same thing was conveyed by the Head of the National Legal Development Agency Center Drs. Yasmon, MLS who said that regulations for the management of JDIH and its membership were needed in facing future policy dynamics so that they remain binding. In this meeting, appreciation was also expressed to BNPT which was considered active in coordinating and consulting on the development of BNPT's JDIH.
The discussion of the BNPT Draft Regulation resulted in definitive and substantive input and corrections. Discussions up to the technical stages were also points of discussion so that the regulations to be established could run effectively, efficiently and in accordance with the needs of BNPT's JDIH. At the end of the meeting, the BNPT Bandage Draft had received corrections so that it was ready to enter the next process, namely promulgation.
