Improve Information Services: BNPT PPID Conducts Benchmarking on West Java Provincial Government PPID

Bandung - PPID of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) is increasingly serious in efforts to improve public information services, this is demonstrated by implementing Benchmarking of Public Information Services at the PPID of the West Java Provincial Government which was held at the Jabar Command Center (JCC) on Friday (27/9).

"PPID BNPT is committed to being able to catch up on the 2024 KIP monitoring and evaluation, we hope that this Benchmarking can provide tips for improving information services, especially PPID BNPT," explained Aristio Yudhanto, M.Ikom, Public Relations Sub-Coordinator.

On the same occasion, Aris said that PPID BNPT only really started running in 2021, for that BNPT is committed to being able to improve the achievements of the 2024 monitoring and evaluation results.

The PPID Publication Data Management Coordinator also expressed the hope that this activity was in order to obtain positive input to be able to improve public information requests even better.

Meanwhile, Bayu Halim Firdaus S.Ikom., M.M as the manager of PPID Diskominfo West Java explained that the support of the leadership for the performance of PPID is the key to public services running well.

"We get full support from the leadership so that this determines the direction of policy and support in carrying out tasks in the field of providing public information," he said.

Bayu also said that PPID West Java is currently continuing to improve the quality of information services, this is by continuing to collaborate with the office and UPT in West Java and KIP as an institution that carries out monitoring and evaluation in fulfilling public information.
