Jakarta - The National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) as a public government institution is obliged to manage public information services properly in accordance with the mandate of bureaucratic reform.
Good information service management is part of BNPT's efforts to realize good governance. In order to realize quality public services, a standard of public information services is needed.
