Welcome to PPID National Counterterrorism Agency

Brief Profile

Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure (KIP) mandates all Public Bodies to carry out their rights and obligations in providing information services to the public as a form of good governance implementation.

 

As a form of high commitment in accordance with the mandate of article 13 of Law Number 14 of 2008, BNPT as one of the Public Bodies has established an Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) through the Decree of the Head of the National Counterterrorism Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 84 of 2023 concerning the Determination of Information and Documentation Management Officer of the National Counterterrorism Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.

 

In order for the implementation and management of information services through PPID within the BNPT to run in accordance with the Public Information Service Standards (SLIP), the National Counterterrorism Agency Regulation Number 3 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Public Information Services within the National Counterterrorism Agency is stipulated.

Duties and Functions of BNPT RI

First Task
Develop and implement Public Information service policies.

Second Task
Preparing reports on the implementation of Public Information service policies.

Third Task
Coordinating and consolidating the process of storing, documenting, providing, and serving Public Information.

Fourth Task
Coordinating and consolidating the collection of Public Information documents from the Implementing PPID, PPID Secretary, and Public Information Service Officers within BNPT.

Fifth Task
Verifying Public Information documents.

Sixth Task
Determining Public Information that can be accessed by the public and is suitable for publication.

Seventh Task
Conducting tests on the consequences of Public Information that will be excluded.

Eighth Task
Managing, maintaining, and updating the Public Information List.

Ninth Task
Providing Public Information effectively and efficiently so that it is easily accessible to the public.

Tenth Task
Conducting guidance, supervision, evaluation, and monitoring of the implementation of technical policies for Public Information services carried out by the Acting PPID, PPID Secretary, and Public Information Service Officers.
