TO PREVENT TERRORISM, BNPT AND PT ANGKASA PURA II FINALIZE COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Jakarta - As a step to synergize terrorism prevention within the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) and PT Angkasa Pura II finalized the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) on Terrorism Prevention within PT Angkasa Pura II on Thursday (8/4/21) in Jakarta.

This discussion meeting was led by the Head of the Legal and Public Relations Division of BNPT, Pudiastuti Citra Adi, SH, CN, MH, MSi (Han). The discussion of the finalization of the draft PKS manuscript included materials and substances such as the scope, procedures for implementing cooperation, the rights and obligations of both parties, and the validity period of the agreement.

In the future, in the implementation of education and/or training for PT Angkasa Pura II employees, it will include national preparedness and counter-radicalization, as well as training in implementing terrorism prevention values.

In the near future, the PKS between BNPT and PT Angkasa Pura II will be signed by the authorized parties as representatives of each agency which will be implemented at the PT Angkasa Pura II Building, Tangerang.
