Jakarta - The achievement of organizational performance must meet the criteria, not have multiple meanings, can be clearly measured, agreed upon by the owner of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI), can be achieved and is a challenging target, has a deadline for achievement, and quality and developing targets that are always being improved. Therefore, the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) held the Harmonization of the Guidelines for Measuring the Main Performance Indicators of the National Counterterrorism Agency for 2020 - 2024. This activity was opened by the Head of the Harmonization Sub-Directorate for Defense and Security of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Hernadi, M.H., and continued with a discussion of each article. Before the discussion of each article, the Head of the BNPT Program Preparation Sub-Division, Artdeansyah Dilaga, S.E., M.H., M.A., said that this KPI has been measured from bottom to top regarding the indicators for how to meet the KPI so that its substance is achieved. "The measurement of this IKU is guided by the Strategic Targets (SS) of the Strategic Plan (Renstra)," he said.
In the future, the BNPT Main Performance Indicator Guidelines will be used as a basis for measuring the strategic target performance indicator manual, program target performance indicator manual, activity target performance indicator manual and activity target performance indicator manual.
In closing, the Head of the Defense and Security Harmonization Sub-Directorate of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, said that the harmonization team would wait for improvements from the initiator team. "It is hoped that the initiator team will be more careful in the writing structure, so that there are no mistakes, because this BNPT Regulation is enacted," he concluded.
